Dealer Requirements:
For consideration of a dealer account, you must provide a store front photo, valid sales tax license & completion of a dealer application. Any minimum order requirements will have to be met. Acceptance will be at the discretion of the company. |
Warranty:
Valley Head Saddlery Company warrants products manufactured by it to be free from defect in workmanship and material and will repair or replace the product at our discretion. All saddle forms are warranted for 5 years. Having no control over the use of products in this catalog, we assume no liability for expenses of any kind arising out of a wrong use or the inability to use our product. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, misuse, alteration or normal wear. |
Exclusions:
There is no warranty on strap goods. These products are used under varying conditions and temperatures and canot be covered. |
